I was very disappointed with the breakfast service. The shared soap bottles felt unclean, and initially, I couldn't find body wash in my room. Over my entire stay, I felt neglected due to the lack of oversight in the breakfast area, which really tarnished my experience.

There were only toast and bagels! also, I just couldn’t believe they expected me to use shared bottles for soap, completely out of body wash! I almost gave a good review, but these things dfinitley ruined my stay!

The beds felt saggy and worn!!! I expected more tissues in the box and an extra roll of toilet paper would be a welcome addition under the sink!!! More comfortable beds would greatly enhance the experience!!!

The stunning river view truly enhances the experience , and the historic ambiance of the converted mill is remarkable. The friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The breakfast options were inadequate , requiring me to ask multiple times for the items to be refilled, creating a frustrating experience in the dining area.
